My Gmail account is IMAP and is working fine both for sending and receiving.Also, to be clear, Gmail works fine, it's only one email account that's not working and yes, on the web-server, I do receive emails as well as on my iPhone
Outlook is connected and does not display any errors when connecting to the IMAP server in question. But I cannot receive anything in Outlook. Send emails from the account, change the status of any of the messages that are already downloaded (for example, if I mark an email as unread, it's reflected in the web-interface). Even Outlook's Test messages do not appear in Outlook, only on the web-client of my email provider. All settings are correct (I've used them on a different computer and they sync on the 2nd computer with no issues)Īs I mentioned, the account works fine on a different machine - and was working on this machine until August 18th when it suddenly stopped syncing.
